Another cold week here in the Adirondacks. Not unexpected, but it puts me back on my heels after the warm weeks we've been having. Even some of the cool weather plants are languishing in the greenhouse waiting to be transplanted, while the ranunculus and others in the hoophouse are just hunkered down for the time being.
At least the daffodils are keeping things cheery:
Started a couple of trays of 1/2" blocks: Asters ' King Mix;' Phlox 'Cherry Caramel;' Bachelor's Buttons 'Blue Boy' and Mix; Scabiosa 'Black Knight;' Scabiosa Fama White and Blue; Panicum 'Sprinkles;' Amaranth 'Velvet Curtains' and 'Love Lies Bleeding;' Campanula 'Flora Pena;' Meconopsis 'Lingholm' and a couple of others.
